Service Description

FREE 2nd Session with Kefi (for clients who availed 2-session procedure) Please book your FREE 2nd session 40-60 days from your initial session. 1 session fee depending on procedure will be charged if you book later than 60 days. *Please note that the after care kit and anesthesia is not included on the service price. Payment Policy A ₱1000 security deposit will be required to ensure you’ll keep your schedule and appointment time. You will get a 100% refund on your deposit on your scheduled date or if it is canceled within a timely manner. But any last-minute cancellations that occur within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will not be refunded as the Artist will have turned away other Clients for you. Late/Cancellation Policy We value your business and ask you to respect our time and schedule. Please be at Kefi at least 15 minutes before your appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, we will need to charge a cancellation fee (50% of the total service price). * Please be advised that Las Pinas is known for its heavy traffic. If you’re not coming from within the city or the cities near it, we strongly suggest that you allocate at least 3 hours for travel time. Re-scheduling: We allow rescheduling ONCE only within 30 days from your original appointment day. If you fail to reschedule within 30 days, the security deposit payment will not be honored and is non-refundable. Re-scheduling with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a fee amounting to 50% of the procedure price (all services and 2nd session). Cancellation: Please notify us 24 hours in advance of any cancellation. This will give us time to book another client in your time slot. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the full procedure price.
